NABC will investigate all claims and where appropriate NABC will refer this matter to the local Trading Standards Authority for enforcement assistance.

Sometimes we may need to contact you for further information or additional evidence in order to substantiate your claim. 

NABC take any logo misuse extremely seriously and with your help, we can help prevent others from being misled.
